I had a lift with augmentation/ implant. Surgeon is planning on fat transfer as revision to help with issue. Biggest concern is when flexed or laying flat. Would fat transfer help lower pole fill or new inframmary fold hold better?

Answer: Breast surgery issues Your situation is complex and your description is inadequate to understand your situation fully. The two sets of pictures included show very different outcomes. To get an accurate assessment, and the ability to give you a quality recommendation would require an in person evaluation with an examination. From the pictures included I question if fat grafting is going to make a big difference. It looks like you may have developed a capsular contraction, but this requires a bit more information or an examination to confirm. I suggest scheduling in person second opinion, consultations with other providers in your community. For in person, second opinion, consultations, I recommend patience come prepared bringing with them a complete set of proper before and after pictures and copies of previous operative reports. It may not be a bad idea to simply ask for a complete set of your medical records. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
