Current Stats: 33F, 5'6" 168 lbs My ultimate goal is to wear a bikini which I've never been able to do. At my fittest, I was 140-150 lbs so that's the goal I currently have set but I always had stubborn fat and loose skin above my belly button and when I bend over due to struggling with weight issues since childhood. I most recently weighed 220 lbs and am now 168. Am I a good candidate for a MM? If so, what would be a good target weight or other goals I should keep in mind beforehand?
