Thank you for your question. Only the breast photo came across. I think that you would do greast with a breast augmentaion. You appear to have enough native breast tissue and your skin quality is good enough that you can have a reasonable size implant and avoid a lift. I use the Sientra HSC+ implants and I match the implant size to the diameter of the breast. I bet you measure about 12.5cm and so I'd be inclined to use a Low Plus or a Moderate profile. That would meand somewhere 300-380cc if I were estimating based on this photo. Implants that are larger and going to be heavier and put you at increased risk of malposition, stretch marks, asymmetry and the need for revision surgery. I would combine the BodyTite/Morpheus and SAFE lipo with the TT. You have to be aggressive with muscle repair and use progressive tension sutures to close the abdomen to get the flattest and tightest TT. Posterior use of the BT/Morpheus definitely helps accentuate tightening and gives far better definition than liposuction alone. Vaser, smartlipo, SAFElipo alone cannot do this and I have personal experience with all of them. Best of Luck!

For your breasts I recommend a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintains a reduced weight. If you do the tummy tuck separate, then you can undergo liposuction and fat transfers to the breasts if additional volume is desired.

From your single photograph, it appears you have an excellent shape already. A tummy tuck to remove the loose skin of your abdomen, as well as some preferential liposuction of your abdomen, waist and flanks will thin these areas but leave the areas above and below alone. This should help you achieve a hourglass figure. It’s difficult for me to know what size implants would look best on you as I don’t have much of the information required in order to make a reasonable recommendation. You have a waist and a nice figure, which can be accentuated with a full abdominoplasty and liposuction. You can have a breast lift, but use the fat from the liposuction to give your breast upper pole fullness without undergoing implant. The fat can be placed in strategic areas and will not cause heaviness of the breast. If you get implants you will be happy for the first year, but as you get older they will make you appear more matronly and the weight of the implants will cause sagging. You should opt for fat grafting to the breast and a breast lift. You will have a more natural appearance and not have to worry about implant exchange or sagging of the breasts in the future.

You can get nice improvement with a tummy tuck, but will not have a deep hour glass shape since you are built a little straight. During your consultation, you will be examined and measured and can try on a variety of sizes to see what you actually like.
