Uneven, shifted to one side tip after rhinoplasty (5 years post) - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

After first rhinoplasty (5 years ago) one side of my nose is more sculpted and the tip protruding on one side, the other side is thicker. Can it be solved without revision rhinoplasty? And if not are chances high, that revision tip rhinoplasty would be possible without rib graft or any other grafts? I had asymmetry in my nose before the rhinoplasty already, but I still hope it's possible to make that tip even. I would really appreciate the specialist's opinion and how realistic are the chances it can be improved more than it would lead to more asymmetry.
