Is six years too long to wait to go back to the original doctor with rhinoplasty concerns?

I had rhinoplasty around six years ago and was not entirely Happy with the result. The surgeon is a top surgeon so took his word that it was the best it was going to be. My nose was off centre with one nostril much bigger than the other and I had alot of scar tissue. Since I was seen after the operation, my nose had thickened right out so it is quite bulbous and I recently discovered while doing kundalini yoga, that I can not breathe out of one nostril. I assume that there are health implications to this. I did complain again around three years ago but the surgeon mearly sent me my before and after pictures as if to say that it’s better than before. Is it too late to be more insistent with this surgeon ?
