Hanging columella four years post revision-rhinoplasty - can this be addressed without a revision? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty about 4 years ago, and I've noticed in the past year or so, my columella isn't as tight or refined as it once was. I believe it has fallen some, and I can tell when I smile. Also, when I touch it, it feels like there's a small bump I can lift with my finger back into place. It's very slight now, but I'm worried with time it will become more pronounced. Is this something that can be addressed with an in-office procedure, or will I need another revision?
