Have recently been looking to get a revision rhinoplasty. One surgeon that I thought was the right fit stated that I was a not good candidate for revision rhinoplasty based on these photos. My overall goal is to straighten my nose. Please be advised that my surgery was over nine years ago and it was my only one. About a year later I received some Silikon 1000 injections to alleviate how drastically crooked my nose appeared. That was 7-8 years ago.

Usually, we recommend to wait 6 months before getting a revision surgery, so it’s totally feasible. Your columella can be fixed without affecting your nose. I’ve personally performed those revision surgeries and patients are really happy with the results.
