Doctor curved my nose and put nostrils on display - can my old nose be restored? (photos)

Hi. I’ve had a rhinoplasty and I hate my front profile I asked for a small bump to be taken out and now the doctor has curved my nose and put my notrils on display. Is there any way revision could make my nose look simailr to it previous state. It just looks so flat from the from and my notrils look awful.

I would need a profile picture to answer that question properly, but in my experience, it is possible to reverse that with the help of a well trained plastic surgeon.

Based on your singular photo, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance. It may be helpful re-asking your question with before and after photos because your nose does not appear flat on front view, and there is not excessive nostril show. If you would like to reduce your nostril show permanently while avoiding another surgery, depending on your condition, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered. In my opinion, nasal lengthening surgery is difficult, and unpredictable. And revision rhinoplasty is not meant to "get your old nose back." - that is nearly impossible... Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
