I’m 8 months post revision rhino op. At 3 weeks post op, suffered blunt trauma to tip of nose. Swelling followed, now there is sensation and pain in nose for past 6 months. Also the sides of nose are fatter. Can lateral osteotomy ONLY be performed a third time with little to no complications for natural results? Please straightforward answers only. I am in pain.

I even think that the "nose photoshopped" picture shows more projection than I think is in an ideal range. Then, sometimes, when you deproject a nose, it makes it *seem* as though the tip dropped, that the nose is longer from top to bottom. So it's important to look at that factor, and elevate...
