Trauma to revision rhino 3 weeks post op - Can lateral osteotomy ONLY be performed a third time?

I’m 8 months post revision rhino op. At 3 weeks post op, suffered blunt trauma to tip of nose. Swelling followed, now there is sensation and pain in nose for past 6 months. Also the sides of nose are fatter. Can lateral osteotomy ONLY be performed a third time with little to no complications for natural results? Please straightforward answers only. I am in pain.
