Can I get the dent under my nose removed after 12 months of primary rhinoplasty?

I had an asian rhinoplasty done march of last year. The columella is too low and now i have a dent when I smile. Can i get this remove without getting a full blown rhinoplasty? or will this affect my nose like dropping if the columella is trimmed?
