I've had these noticeable dents in both my butts for years. I think it might be from tension from stress and sitting a lot. But I'm seriously noticing it in my photos and in clothes I wear. What's the best solution?

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Yodalover, generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a surgery, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: How can dents/flatness in my butt be fixed? Will exercise work? (photos) November 4, 2020 A Brazilian buttlift with specific emphasis on dent correction should be considered. These corrections can be next to impossible to fix or improve and patients should have realistic expectations. Sometimes the situation requires a multitude of techniques to produce the smooth outcome a patient is seeking. It depends upon how much scar tissue is in the area and if the skin is lax enough to receive a fat transfer.
