I had lipo on my saddlebags 10 yr ago. I did this in Thailand it was a package deal to get breast with small lipo in chosen area (huge regret young and dumb) I am now 33, only 5”3 & 52kg. I train lower body alot & nothing I do in the gym will fix this. What do you recommend? Can fat get put back there to support under the butt (in the crease I circled) or is this not recommended? as I do not want the scarring from a butt lift. Or is there thread lifting for the buttocks available in Australia?
Answer: Best way to lift my butt after regretful lipo on the saddlebag area causing droopy butt? Hello, thank you for your question. I would recommend you an Inferior buttock lift, Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if this procedure is the best plan for you.

Answer: Treatment for “droopy butt” from liposuction. Unfortunately this is a very tricky area to correct, once the fat is removed it is not simply a matter of replacing the fat and the problem is corrected. Usually fat transfer to this area is met with poor outcomes because the fat typically does not survive well and most of it melts away. Thus a more reliable and permanent result is achieved with a lower buttock tuck. A buttock tuck is kind of like a tummy tuck for the buttock in that it removes the banana rolls and/or loose sagging skin from not only the lower buttock but also the back of the thigh to tighten both areas and create a more defined buttock crease. In doing so it also aesthetically shortens and/or rounds out the buttock cheek. It is ideal for those patients that have had significant weight loss or fluctuations, changes from fillers injected, multiple pregnancies, or who’s derrieres have succumb to the dreaded effects of gravity and aging. It is also effective for those whom feel their buttock cheek is naturally too long or square and just want it proportionately shortened and rounded, respectively. Glad to help.

Answer: Butt lift Dear dee_may1987, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Correcting previous Liposuction This can be corrected with that transfer. It may require multiple rounds of that transferred to build up enough volume to restore you. The more aggressive the initial procedure the more number of sessions of a transfer someone will need. It looks like in your case they were trying to make a defined gluteal crease. Sometimes with high definition body contouring and attempt is made to remove all the fat In certain areas. I would anticipate this will require at least 4-6 rounds of fat transfer. Often patients looking for this type of work either stop having fat transfer procedures because they give up and I’m not willing to pay for more sessions if I transfer or achieve the results that are good enough. The other option is to excise the area which will leave you with a long scar. It would be very helpful for any future Doctor Who makes an assessment or is attempting to correct this to have proper before and after pictures. Did your Thai surgeon take pictures? Is there anyway to contact that clinic and get copies of your pictures? If you are able to contact them you should also get the operative report though you may need to have it translated. I realize you recognized it was not the wisest choice to have this procedure. I continue to encourage people to stay local for elective surgical procedures. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
