Butt like Bruna Twins?

Question

What’s secret to super projecting butt like Dannita Bruna? I had BBL and Sculptra shots and I’m very fit but still nowhere near projection of some Instagram ppl. I’ve seen girls in person at gym as well with very round butts, doesn’t look like implants to me. Is there some other type of shots besides Sculptra? Also the butt isn’t wide like most big BBL, it’s narrow and even lean girls have big one (mine shrinks when I lean out since it’s body fat).

A common misconception is that it takes only one BBL procedure to achieve a very dramatic result. When BBL is performed correctly, a surgeon can only extract up to 4 liters of fat to ensure patient safety, and sometimes if you're looking for a drastic difference, you may need 2 or more procedures (something celebrities don't talk about). You can also benefit from Sculptra injections to enhance the results of your BBL procedure.

Unfortunately you, like many others, have learned the expensive and hard way by being lean/fit yet trying to achieve a super projecting butt with BBL and/or Sculptra.  Simply put, your only relatively safe, reliable, predictable, and permanent option is with buttock implants. When placed within the gluteus muscle and sized and shaped (eg. Starting Anatomic implants) properly for the individual patient, buttock implants can and do look very realistic yet very perky. Beware however that an exceptionally few number of Board certified plastic surgeon‘s are specialists in buttock implant surgery so make sure to seek out one of these to perform your surgery. Thank you for your question.  I find the BBL does not give great results in very fit women.  Sculptra is a waste of time and money.  In your case, the best option would be a buttock augmentation with a buttock implant.  Best wishes to you.
