As you said, auto-augmentation gluteoplasty is a procedure designed for and almost exclusively performed on patients after massive weight loss. Based purely upon your photos, you have insignificant buttock tissue volume to recommend this type of procedure. Likewise, you also appear to be a poor candidate for BBL. The procedure you described is particular to patients after massive weight loss will have extensive skin laxity allowing fat flaps to be advanced into the buttocks.

You don’t have enough skin laxity for this procedure to be successful. It will limit augmentation to only the upper part of your buttocks and this will not look appropriate.

Your best bet option is a BBL

I see no reason why you could not have a great outcome with that procedure.

You could opt for implants though I generally rarely recommend that procedure because of the long list of complications and overall fairly low long-term patient satisfaction
