I have two deep dimple dents on my butt checks..I have had them since I was young..I think they from injections but am not really sure..I am 25...I have been looking for a solution for a long time now..

Answer: Treating indentation Most likely your indentations are because of scar tissue or connective tissue bands that have contracted it. This could’ve been from an inflammatory response from a childhood injection. The solution needs to include releasing scar tissue bands and not just adding volume. This is not going to be an easy thing to fix but it can probably be improved to some degree. I suggest having a few in person consultations with different plastic surgeons to see what they have to say. Subcision combined with several rounds of fat transfer may help. Just injecting fillers is simplistic and will probably not work. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
