Why am I having teeth sensitivity and pain after Restylane nose job and when can I expect it to go away?

I had restylane injected into bridge and tip of nose yesterday afternoon. In the evening I went to eat pizza and the nerve pain behind my two upper front teeth was awful. Upper teeth are SUPER sensitive to cold and hot. It is painful to eat and drink. I know it's associated to the procedure but can't figure out how. I've considered lifting the nose may have exposed dentin; swelling in the area is putting pressure on a nerve in the same network; the HA dehydrated my PDL?? I'm really nervous.

I perform a great deal of non surgical rhinoplasty as well as rhinoplasty.  I suspect that the Restylane injection is pressing on the nerve that splits between your nose and upper front teeth in the area of the front part of the floor of the nose.  The Restylane should have no effect on your teeth.  The pain may also be referred pain.  This means that you are really experiencing pain in your nose but the nerve is telling you that it is coming from your front teeth as it is the same nerve.  Be patient.  I am certain that the pain will dissipate.  If it should continue you may want your injector to place some hyaluronidase into the area where the Restylane was placed in order to dissolve the Restylane which should take care of the pain.
