How long do I have to wait for more filler injections?

Question

2 weeks ago I decide to get a Restylane filler inyecction on my face on the smile line, I was so happy with the immediately result and fewe days after now it's been 2 weeks and I see those horrible line folden again, my question is How long I have to wait to get another inyecctions? And do I need to swish to juverderm?

Thank you for sharing your question. If the Restylane (or any filler) is not injected at the correct tissue plane, it will not work well. You can receive additional injections at anytime after the initial swelling subsides (now in your case). Make sure you go to an experienced injector. Thicker products are available if needed.Good luck,

I always tell my patients to wait 2 weeks before we can add more filler.  It can take time for the post-injection swelling to subside.  Always seek treatment from a qualified professional.  Good luck!

Thank you for your question. Two weeks is usually adequate time after injections for bruising and swelling to subside so you can be re-evaluated for additional fillers. Thank you for your question.  I recommend waiting 2 weeks after a filler injection before repeating filler in that same region.  The swelling that normally occurs after an injection will usually have subsided by that time to give a more accurate view of whether or not additional filler is needed.
