My compression garment was loose for 3 days before I could get it changed. Is that a problem?

On Dec 4th, I (m) had liposuction and scar excision 1 year after bilateral mastectomy and re-sculpting of my chest. (I had a very large chest/gynecomastia before). Since the procedure on Dec 4th I have been wearing a compression vest, but in the last 3 days it got a bit loose and I'm not sure the pressure is enough anymore. Will this small period of having less compression have any adverse effects on my result? I am going to get the vest changed on Monday, so it is only one more day.
