Considering Lower Eyelid Surgery - suggestions to support mid face and cheek area? (Photo)

You would be a good candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty with fat grafting or fat transposition. This surgery would remove the “bag” from the lower lid and give a smooth transition to the cheek. In my opinion, surgery is the best way to address the issue.

To be honest, I don't see a substantial issue with your eyes in these photos that necessarily warrant doing more surgery.

It looks like you have some hollowing. it may be that the fat repositioning wasn't enough vs. didn't work/last. Hard to know for sure. You could consider more volume in that area as a corrective course. - don't need to do filler if you don't want to, I would consider fat grafting if I were you....

I think you should try sending some photos again, showing both your previous and current condition, so that I or another colleague can give you a reliable answer.

This is not a substantial degree of asymmetry that I recommend you seek something surgical to fix it as that can drive you crazy trying to seeek this perfect symmetry between your eyes that doesn't exist and will result in more problems than good. that being said, it looks like it might be that...

Leave your face/eyes alone. your brows are in good position - if you lower them to try to get that look, it'll make you look more aged. iI have a feeling if you wait a few years, given how young you are, you're not going to want to do something anymore. yOu look completely fine.
