I had a breast augmentation with silicone implants exactly one week ago. After surgery, My left breast was much larger than the right. I also had bruising on my left breast. Over the week, my left breast has gone done so the assymetry isn't nearly as bad. My Dr. Said there is bleeding but it may resolve itself and we will monitor it over the next few days. Can it truly resolve itself or will there be complications of capsular contracture down the road?

Its difficult to assess without a formal consultation. If you are using micropore tape then its possible you are having an allergic reaction. Its likely to be a minor skin irritation as it affects both breasts rather than anything serious. Discuss with your plastic surgeon.
HiEarly in the post op phase there can be differences in bruising. What would be more concerning is increasing swelling indicating a collection of blood (Haematoma) or increasing pain and redness indicating infection. Best to have an early check with your PS if you see any of these signsRegards
