Is a “Resident” Clinic a good idea for difficult- ish case?

I have had 2 consults so far. I have very prominent asymmetry and one breast is grade 2 ptosis. Essentially I need a breast lift to bring both breasts in line with each other and do a natural breast augmentation with dual plane method. Is going with a resident clinic a good idea? They have resident doctors performing the procedure with a senior surgeon guiding the procedure. Essentially how easy it is it to screw up a procedure like this under guidance of a senior surgeon? Thank you!
