I like small breast, but I’m deflated after nursing my child… I want a breast augmentation could I get away with 200-250cc?I’m currently 32D bra (prior to pregnancy as well) I’m probably supposed to be wear a 32C tho. My breast have deflated from nursing. I want to fill my bra back up. I like small breast. I do not want large fake looking breast. I love the natural look. I'm just wondering if I can get away with 200-250cc high profile to fill back up the missing space? Or would I need a lift as well?
Answer: Is a lift required? Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note that the breasts are somewhat asymmetric in size and are of ample volume. There are moderate stretch marks. The distance from the top of the breastbone to the nipples is increased, there is loss of superior pole breast volume, the nipples reside above the fold at the bottom of the breasts and there is minimal-moderate sag. Stretch marks indicate the presence of permanently damaged overstretched skin usually occurring during pregnancy or significant weight fluctuation where when pregnant or overweight, the skin's dermal elastic fibers stretch and ultimately rupture, resulting in the loss of elasticity (like an old rubber band) and the development of streaks on the skin surface. The skin will stretch over a greater surface area and will predispose to further sagging. This is not simply deflation. You note that you prefer small breasts. Augmentation may not be the route to take as it will do the opposite and will not sufficiently fill the upper poles of your breasts. A mastopexy will elevate the nipple areolar complexes into anatomic position, will remove excess stretched out skin, will restore upper pole breast volume, and will conify the shape of the breasts. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion. Best wishes.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scar are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast deflation after breast feeding Excellent question. I think that implant range will give you roughly a 1 cup size increase, and will help with upper pole fullness. It looks like you have pseudoptosis, which means your nipples are in good position, but your breast looks droopier because the breast tissue itself has descended. Very common problem after breastfeeding, and very correctable problem. Hope that helps.
