Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

My best advice for you is to truly think about what you are looking for and what is your expectation of what you want your breasts to look like in the end. When getting implants, it does add more volume and can give you a natural "lift" since it is filling in the breasts. If you add a lift that is just going to give you more perky breasts and nothing wrong with that. You and your surgeon can discuss both options and see what you feel is best for you.

Answer: Breast Augmentation It really depends on what look you are after. In your case you could go either way but each option would give you different results. For larger more pendulous breasts, just an aug would do. For perkier breasts and slightly more volume, a lift would be ideal.
