250cc felt heavy and big - what ccs should I go for to get the results I want? (Photos)

You seem to need around 300 ml. implants plus vertical lift. In person evaluation with sizers would give you better idea. Have in mind that 50 ml. up or down is not going to make much of difference. Good luck.

I would begin with you breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scar are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After these have been completed, you can consider liposuction and fat transfers to the breasts if additional volume is desired.

The larger the implant the more difficult the lift will be to accomplish. 250 cc is on the small side. I think 300 or 325 would be a better choice

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

First, your breasts will not look like your wish picture since you have different anatomy. Second, if 250 cc's felt heavy, then don't go larger. You will still have to carry the weight of the implants.

A 250cc implant is a conservative choice. A little larger implant would look nice on you, but all will have some weight to them. Having them placed beneath the muscle should help a little with this. Your surgeon has had the opportunity to discuss your goals with you and examine you. She/He will be your expert in selecting the right implant for you.
