You did not state how far out from surgery you are. if you are early, it may settle out nicely. if you are out at least 6 months, it may need some adjusting. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

I wouldn't worry about it now and make sure everything heals well, but at 12 months I would see your surgeon again to see if it needs to be revised.

That area should change quite a bit over the first year, but if you still have some problem with the shape at the 12 month mark I would see your surgeon to see if a revision can be performed. It is my guess that it can be and you will likely need something done but give it time and make sure you are massaging the scar with silicone to help soften it.
