I am wondering what procedure would be best for me to fix my recessing chin, lack of jaw line and protruding nose? My skin seems very lax and my face lacks definition. Looking for suggestions on procedures whether it be filler, facelift, implant, etc and an approx cost for BC Canada.

Thank you for your question and for providing photos. You would likely benefit from chin augmentation to create the balance and definition you’d like to achieve. A chin implant can improve the recessed chin appearance you describe, creating a more defined jawline and side profile. 
Since a recessed chin can often make the nose appear larger, it’s possible that chin augmentation would create the balanced aesthetic you’re looking for. A small or recessed chin can also amplify sagging skin on the jawline or neck. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can suggest the best approach to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

As seen in your attached pictures, you can benefit from Closed Atraumatic Rhinoplasty technique which will reduce your thicked skin nose and get you the definition in bulky tip area that you are anticipating to have. In addition I would recommend you to get an endoscopic cheek lift, in this procedure the scar is hidden in hair line so dont worry about after surgery scarring. You're correct that the loose skin in your jaw area is partially a result of poor chin support. At this time the main issue is the lack of support, and your skin has not yet stretched to a significant amount. It will be premature to do a facelift. I would recommend geneoplasty. This will give additional support by advancing your chin and tighten the surrounding skin. It will also give better balance in the profile side view of your face.

Thanks for sharing your photos. They are helpful in identifying your issues of concern. Consider your facial skin like a dress with shoulder pads for cheeks and your skull and jaws like a dress hanger. If the hanger is too small for the dress, it cannot properly balance and fill the dress out. Your options are to modify or add to the dress hanger and your dress may become more harmonious and filled properly OR you may consider adding more padding in areas of the dress itself.

Please consult with a talented and experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and / or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to review the following.
	Jaw and chin orthognathic jaw surgery. This will bring the nose into better alignment and balance.
	Chin and jawline implant surgery.
	Various fillers and fat to pad and project “soft-tissue” concerns.
