Im 34 year old and i have a very thin face. I always was unlucky to have deepnasolabial folds, and as i age they only become deeper. Last year i had jaw surgery, my overbite was corrected by placing my underjaw 5/6 mm forward. Since then i started to notice my muscles in my neck are more active. Now after a year i have a little turkeyneck. I want to improve both problem area's but i do not want to use botox and fillers. Is it possible to fix my problems with some kind of midfacelift?
