Honestly, I'm beyond sick and tired of my nose. I had a small nose until my early teenage years and now I'm 19 and it continues to get larger. I can't put up with it anymore, it's completely ruining my self consciousness. Please tell me what procedures can fix this. As you can see from the front my nose appears bulbous and becomes thin up between my eyes. Because of this in any picture my face looks really disproportional. And on top of all that my nose is long as well. Please help me..

Answer: Rhinoplasty for the large nose with hump and bulbous tip etc.
Some patients develop post operative nausea and vomiting but there are ways for surgeons and anesthesiologists to curb this issue.Hope this helps. Raja Mohan MD
I would go see you rhinoplasty doctor today or tomorrow.He or she will take the cast off and look at your nose.If it moved, he can probably align it right then and there and replace the splint.Otherwise, it may heal crooked.Good luck.Dr. G
