Honestly, I'm beyond sick and tired of my nose. I had a small nose until my early teenage years and now I'm 19 and it continues to get larger. I can't put up with it anymore, it's completely ruining my self consciousness. Please tell me what procedures can fix this. As you can see from the front my nose appears bulbous and becomes thin up between my eyes. Because of this in any picture my face looks really disproportional. And on top of all that my nose is long as well. Please help me..

Answer: Management of a large nose Thanks for your question. You certainly could benefit from a rhinoplasty with the goal of deprojecting and refining your tip and lowering your nasal dorsum a bit. There are probably other things that can be done, but it's tough to tell just from these photos. I would caution you to wait until you're done growing; if your shoe size has been stable for a year you should be good to go.Another thing- frequently we judge nasal size in relation to the other features of your face. If a nose is large, often we are comparing it to your chin. You might also benefit from a small amount of chin augmentation. This would then allow us to do less work in bring your nose into balance with your other features. Less work equals more predictable results.Good luck!
