I've always felt self conscious about my nose to point where makes me feel ugly. I have terrible profile and looks like button from front. I've wanted surgery since I was 11 but had save up $ and was also afraid since my nose is so different it would be hard to reshape. It be so nice to find a Doctor who could reshape my ugly nose. Currently, where I live in WV their hasn't been anyone that could reshape it to look normal just make it smaller.

This is an important question. Birth control pills can increase your risk for clotting especially in the first several months. I would discuss this issue at length with your gynecologist and plastic surgeon for specific recommendations tailored to you and the procedures performed.
While it is not the norm, it can happen. The sutures may have been permanent sutures that 'worked' their way out. As long as you have no infection, this should just resolve on it's own. You may want to use plain saline nasal spray to clear your nose.
If you take a good hit to your nose, it is a possibility that the nose can fracture. The nose will always be slightly weaker than what is was like before the original surgery.
