I had a sinus and septoplasty surgery 3 years ago but it didn't work. I'm thinking to redo it with rhinoplasty . I didn't feel anything in my first surgery but im worried if i may vomit when i wake up in my second surgery. Could it happen ? (sorry for my bad english)

I would go see you rhinoplasty doctor today or tomorrow.He or she will take the cast off and look at your nose.If it moved, he can probably align it right then and there and replace the splint.Otherwise, it may heal crooked.Good luck.Dr. G

You can rotate the tip of the nose via a closed approach. Unless there is extensive work needing to be done or in the case of a revision the closed approach should be adequate for tip rotation.
