Dr Kyllo was referred to me as the very best in plastic surgery. He was great!!! My last post-op I discussed with him a concern regarding my breast and he evaluated me and requested addition testing. I did just that and Thank God I did. He caught my breast cancer early, not because of abvious lump, but simply his expertise. He worked with my surgeon from another hospital, as they made a plan for a double mastectomy. I am now 3 weeks post-op with my reconstruction, (which I'm so glad I did not do the immediate reconstruction along with my mastectomy) for a verity of reasons. Dr Kyllos bed side manor and thoughtful best out come for me was so appreciated. He has set the bar high for sure. His staff is also surperior. I confidently give my personal recommendation... not only for his great work as a surgeon, but his caring and TLC while going through and surviving the challenges of cancer. He is the absolute best!!!!! Thank You Dr Kyllo!!!!
Dr Kilo has done several procedures for me over the years including facelift and tummy tuck. The ability to be considered as a serious contender in my career over the last 10 is looking naturally refreshed and we'll put together. Thanks to Dr Kilo I feel confident. He's attentive to the patient, recovery is easy. I've done my homework he's the best.
I came to see Dr. Kyllo within days after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had been told by word of mouth, he was a perfectionist in his field, and genuinely nice. Dr. Kyllo did reconstructive surgery for my bilateral mastectomy and my results look great. Although, I refuse to post such pictures on the internet :-) In addition, I had liposuction on my neck as well as an endoscopic eyebrow lift. I am extremely happy with those results too, even tough I am only about 3 weeks out. It looks very natural; just as I wanted. Breast cancer is a scary ordeal, but Dr. Kyllo and his staff are friendly and personable which made my visits enjoyable. His office is beautiful and relaxing. Most of my visits I felt like I was at a 5 star spa. Thank you, Dr. Kyllo :-) You are the best of the best! (your staff is too!) I will be back for more.
I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, which is a inflammatory disease in my spine. The procedure is taking pressure off my back and shoulders and lessening my pain. I was a 38 DDD
This is the most amazing thing i've ever done for myself! It's changed how i feel every morning when i get dressed. You don't realize how bad you feel about yourself until you feel good about yourself! Dr Kyllo and his team were fantastic! They treated me like part of the family, and everything he said would happen did, spot on! No surprises. I could'nt be happier! Thanks Dr. Kyllo for changing my life!
Having fragile skin means aging before your time. Dr. Kyllo brought me from looking older than I am to looking much younger. It is not something to be undertaken lightly, but I am very happy that I did it. I highly recommend Dr. Kyllo.
To remove excess belly fat.
To remove sagging skin on neck, lift my forehead and remove the extra skin on my eyelids and remove bags below eyes.
17 years ago, at age 30, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I opted to have a bilateral mastectomy. Dr. K was my plastic surgeon. At the time of the mastectomy, tissue expanders were placed under the chest muscle. Over the next 6 months, the expanders were filled to create room for the saline implants. Dr. K understood my concerns of wanting to look natural and not too big. Dr. K later made nipples from my existing skin and then they were tattooed. Most insurance cover the cost of reconstructive breast surgery. Difficult to estimate a dollar amount.
I did it because my eyelids were hanging down on my eyelashes. I felt they were putting pressure on my eye balls. Now that the pressure is off my eyes, my vision is clearer! Dr. K was wonderful! Very personable and his staff incredible. I felt like royalty.
I have not seen your photos and cannot pull them up from your previous post. If all you desire is to narrow your nostrils that is easily accomplished. What we as plastic surgeons concern ourselves with is to maintain a good balance with the nose. If your tip is wide, narrowing the alar width my cause the tip of your nose to actually appear larger and more prominent. I would recommend actually visiting with a plastic surgeon or two to have a discussion and see what the possibilities are for a more minimal approach than a full rhinoplasty.
Your photos would definitely suggest that you need a lift even with larger implants. Without a lift, you will have larger breasts but they will be too low and you will look more matronly. Because your breasts are already sagging, adding more wieght to them with implants will only increase the degree of sagginess. Implants themselves do not cause a lift to happen.
From your photo I would not necessarily call your breasts tuberous. You do have larger areola and some narrowing of the breasts. I think the appropriate procedure to consider would be a breast lift which would reduce the size of your areola and make your breasts more rounded in shape. This will result in some scars--at least a circular scar around your nipples so the size can be reduced. Overall, your breasts appear to be reasonable normal and I don't think you should be too concerned about their appearance. If you would like to consider a change, please see a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation.
You appear to be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. The overall size of your nose can be reduced and the balance of your nose to your face can be improved. You are old enough that your nose should have stopped changing and it is an appropriate time to consider surgery. You will need to schedule a consultation with a plastci surgeon who will be able to evaluate your nose completely and suggest possible changes that can be made. Good Luck!
This can be a complex situation. Generally, it is good to use the same size implant but this can vary based on the actual width of the individual breasts as well as the overall size. It is an option to remove some breast tissue from the larger breast. It is also an option to do this procedure in two stages, that is perform the lift on the smaller side and a reduction on the larger side first, then go back in a few months and do an augmentation. There is no absolute correct answer to this question.
