This area had to be redone and the machine had shut off by itself. the treated area that has doubled in size was the side that had the double treatment in the same day. I don't really want to do liposuction but I think that once I get pregnant eventually it will look like I have a tumour or something. Thanks for you advise.

Answer: Coolsculpting and PAH Fortunately Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia is not commonly encountered with the new coolsculpting applicators. However, the best way to treat this would be with liposuction. I use Vaser liposuction for smoother, more complete results with less trauma (bruising and swelling) and the quickest recovery for patients. Another possibility would be to try Sculpsure if a no recovery time procedure is preferred. There have been no reports of PAH with Sculpsure. We get really great results when we use Exilis Ultra right before a Sculpsure application followed by Zwave. Best wishes, Dr. Gupta
