I had CoolSculpting on my flanks done yesterday. I am very swollen... almost feels jiggly when I walk... because it is still numb. I am VERY bruised. I’m not in any pain... just sore from bruising. I want to help my body recover so I am drinking lots of water, using arnica, ice for swelling, and a compression garment. I was wondering would cardio help since it increases blood flow or cause the area to swell more? Any healing tips would be appreciated.

Thank you for your question and photograph. The buttocks is not a recommended treatment area for CoolSculpting. Best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your particular circumstances. Good luck.
Thank you for your question. The swelling that you are experiencing is caused by inflammation of the tissue, not from excess fluid. I do not recommend diuretics for post CoolSculpting. Best of luck.
