I had aggressive lipo + BBL- only 1 inch lost in my waist? 4 months post op

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, without preop/postop photos it is difficult to comment on your results. What does aggressive lipo mean? Does the surgeon liposuction all the fat between the skin and the muscle fascia ("no fat left behind") or until only blood is returned in the cannula? Aggressive is not a very descriptive term and has a lot of negative connotations. 4 months out, you should see more results with "aggressive lipo", but you might have been more fibrous than most people or this is not your first liposuction ( no detail on these). It might take another 2-4 months for you to see your final results. At this point follow your surgeon advice as you continue to heal. Good luck.

It's difficult to say without examining you in person.  You mentioned the fact that you had "aggressive"liposuction, so it doesn't sound like there was any more fat to remove. Therefore, you probably just have a 27 inch waist. After four months, most of your swelling has probably gone away, although there is some left and it will take up to nine months to go away fully. Congratulations on your surgery.

If you've had aggressive liposuction then it sounds like there's no more fat to remove. To make your waist thinner, more liposuction surgery isn't the answer. But the answer could lie elsewhere - maybe your muscle tone needs to be improved, maybe the fat inside your abdomen that surrounds your intestines and other internal organs is the problem. Neither of these are treated with further liposuction though.
