Irregularities/Ripples after lipo, what are my options?

Two choices:1.  Some fat grafting to the irregular areas is the surgical technique that is most likely to be effective.  2.  Alternatively, now there is a new off-the-shelf FDA approved product, called Renuva, that is like a fat graft in a bottle.  You could try this first.  It may take more than one session, and it's not cheap.

Your best option is fat grafting the the use of cannulas to subsize these areas and release the scar tissue causing the deformity. 

For best results improving these ripples, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction revision. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear of your problems.  Liposculpture is a procedure to perform sculpting of the soft tissues using advanced techniques of liposuction.  Your surgeon may have removed fatty tissues unevenly, which can cause irregularities, waviness, and uneveness.  To improve and correct your condition, requires additional fine cannula contouring with small amounts of harvested fatty tissues placed into the depressed contours.  Achieving ideal results may require more than a single treatment or procedure.  I would recommend consulting with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to review your options.  Good luck with your surgery!

The fact that you are a year out I think the only solution for your problem would be to do some fat grfating to this area to smooth it out.

This is an unfortunate complication of aggressive liposuction.  Some repeat liposuction MAY help, but this needs to be done very carefully: I would use a narrow cannula and would focus more on tunneling than on fat removal.  In the worst case scenario some direct skin excision might me needed.
