12 days post op bra roll Lipo, have rock hard swelling that is not getting better. Advice? (photos)

HI ! Had reduction 12 days ago and got the bra roll lipo ..IF it weren't for that pain I would feel amazing. It's like giant oranges under each armpit and my sides were so swollen and now it's like rock hard * large area * and seems to be hardening under my breast too. I notice hard lumps in armpits too - large - that are clearly attached to breast nerve as I can feel when I massage the area.. help ..this isn't normal . I've tried looser bra- compression - none - hardens more daily

It is normal to have swelling and firmness after liposuction.  The two reasons for concern would be seroma or infection.  If your surgeon thinks that it is just edema, then a deep tissue massage would help with recovery.

I recommend following up with your Doctor for a formal evaluation and after care recommendations. You will have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation is very normal.I suggest my patients to try the lymphatic massages and to use a full body compression garment, 24/7 for the first 3 months, and after that, for 12 hours a day for 3 more months, to get the best results.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
