I had my Buccal fat reduced by Mr Taimur Shoaib at La Belle Forme in Glasgow. l travelled from the south of England because l had previously had an upper blepharoplasty a few years before and was delighted with the results so l knew l could 100% trust this surgeon. l was also kept relaxed due to the kind, considerate and professionalism of all of the staff in this clinic. I was not disappointed with my recent procedure and am enjoying the subtle natural look of my new slimmer cheeks.
I LOVE my results and feel like myself again! After much thought and research I decided to use Mr. Taimur Shoaib as he was recommended by a family member who was in the business and knows him well. I was so nervous at first but after meeting him and Melania my anxiety was eased right away. I've had three kids and found myself with a tummy that I was not happy with. I had my tummy tuck six months ago and finally have the body I've always wanted. The results have far surpassed even my wildest dreams. On the day of the surgery, I was very nervous to the point I wanted to cancel it. But Mr. Shoaib came to me with his soft voice : ‘Don't worry, you're in the right hands. I'll take care of everything’. Thank you so much.
Recently had Co2 laser resurfacing done with Mr Shoaib in Glasgow and I’m very pleased with the results, my results turned out better than I could have imagined and I finally have the nose and skin I’ve wanted. Mr Shoaib and his team go above and beyond, even with the after care they are always available to help you with any questions or anything else you need.
I had rhinoplasty with Berkley Square Medical & Dr.Shoaib in Autumn of last year. The company is professional, timely, well run and a real rarity in its field. Sanjay, my patient co-ordinator, is the absolute best at what he does: making you feel heard, seen and comfortable at every stage of the process. The nurses are also amazing and attentive, whilst Dr.Shoaib, himself, is at the top of his game when it comes to a transformative yet natural looking rhinoplasty. In short, I would absolutely recommend Berkley Square Medical to anyone considering a rhinoplasty procedure.
I am now almost 5 months post Breast Augmentation procedure with Mr Shoaib and I could not be happier! I had been hesitating for over 4years and finally went ahead after feeling assured that I would get the natural result I was hoping for. The whole team were great from start to finish and I was not left disappointed.
Just had a tummy tuck by Mr Shoaib and he is an incredible plastic surgeon. Im delighted with results already only 5 days post op. This procedure was carried out in his own hospital La Belle Forme, what a place, staff and expert surgeon. If your thinking of having cosmetic surgery do yourself a favour and visit Mr Shoiab and at least have a consultation!! He is the best in my opinion.
I have to thank everyone at La Belle Form, from surgeon Taimur Shoaib to the nurses and Reception! Each visit I have made it’s all been smiles! Everyone is so kind and took the time to make sure I was good. It’s a lovely atmosphere. Any concerns I had was taken seriously and dealt with even tho they maybe small! Thanks guys for making me feel good again!
Just beyond amazing - my experience of La Belle Forme, Glasgow was second to none! I have saved for many years to be able to afford a breast lift and implants and getting the right kind of surgeon was very important to me. I had been to see several other surgeons and hadn’t felt that they were right as I needed to have someone that I connected with and could give me the final outcome I desired. Mr Shoaib listened to all my concerns, I never felt like I was being rushed, and I knew that I would be in the safest of hands. The results that he gave me was everything I could ever have wanted, and what I envisaged when I was saving for this procedure. I had quite a few post op complications as my body couldn’t break down all the dissolvable stitches, and as a result I needed twice-weekly wound care at the clinic. The nursing staff were incredible. They showed compassion and kindness and were an absolute credit to Mr. Shoaib. Chloe and Colin just to mention a few were just brilliant and the lovely Megan who checked on me via calls and texts I felt went above and beyond. A brilliant team and a result I couldn’t have been happier with. Highly recommended. Thank you all.
I found Tamir after searching the internet for someone who specialised in Vaser Liposuction. After having abdominoplasty (Nov 21) I was left with 2 pockets of fat to the flank area which I was told would be hard to get rid of with diet or exercise. I narrowed down a few surgeons but Tamir jumped out to me as I found video content online from him explained the procedure and discussing all other topics around plastic surgery. From the initial contact, Melania was so lovely and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She answered all of my questions an offered advice on a number of points. Very knowledgeable in the field, not just a PA! When I saw Tamir I was blown away with his professionalism yet at the same time being so approachable and personable. After a good discussion I was totally happy with the procedure I was going to have done. The results were amazing i am completely satisfied and feels so good to be able to fit into my clothes again and really is the icing on the cake after my TT. Tamir listened to what I was unhappy with an went above and beyond during surgery making sure I got the results I was after. Thanks so much to you both for everything i'm so pleased with my results and don't miss those love handles one bit!!
I was bothered by the look of my nose for many years. Plastic surgery is a very common subject these days, and I was more and more tempted to take a step forward and have a rhinoplasty. I had three consultations different doctors. I choose to have the procedure done by Dr Taimur Shoaib, because he is a very calm and nice person, he explained every step to me in terms that I understand, and I liked the natural results I've seen online on his previous patients. I had no complications, and I healed normally. I had surgery done 9 months ago, and I am very grateful to Dr Shoaib for giving me a result that I absolutely love. I think I'm obsessed with my nose !!!
A facelift is a procedure that addresses quite a few changes in the face that have happened from facial ageing. It addresses components such as the skin, the fat, and the muscles. There are other aspects of facial ageing that a facelift alone cannot address. For you, the best facelift will depend on how bad the different components of your face have contributed to your ageing. A facelift consists of addressing excess skin, and tightening that with an excision of the excess. The skin incision can be relatively short or long. The sin flaps that are raised can be minimal, extensive, or somewhere in between. The fat pads are elevated (or can be filled with fat grafts). The muscles are tightened in one of two main ways (excision or plication). So, if you have a facelift that is a particular type of facelift but it doesn't suit your own facial ageing requirements then you will have compromised the result, but that may suit your lifestyle needs when it comes to risk management and speed of recovery. A facelift that is individualized to the patient, that targets the main aspects of facial ageing, and addresses you personally, is the one I would go for. I hope this helps :)
I have to ask - what makes you suggest that 8ml is the right about to put into each lip? I usually put in 0.5ml into each lip per session and I give it about a month or two for the lip filler to incorporate into the lips before doing more. After a certain number of mls you are guaranteed to have a complication and this might be visible glands, vascular occlusion, lumps, asymmetry, infection and so on. If that threshold for you, as an individual person, is more than 8mls then that's no problem, but I think most people have complications after they get less than that in each lip. The main worry is that you have a bit more inserted into the lips and the filler then compresses your blood vessels and you have to have the whole lot dissolved to prevent your lips from dying with necrosis
It's to do with the physical properties of helium as a gas. The gas atoms are so small that they will diffuse through the implant shell over time and the implant will deflate. You're not the first person to think about this and I think someone first mentioned this to me about 10 years ago. There is an implant called a B-lite implant which has a few molecules of silicone shaped in a different way and so the implant is lighter, but then if you look at the track record of implants with different fillers inside them, they haven't lasted very long and they have had a different set of complications. So I would want to wait until they have a few years of safety data before considering them
The best way to correct animation problems after implants are placed under the pectoral muscle, is to place the implant above the pectoral muscle. The skin has already been stretched so the only difference in outcome is likely to be positioning and the effects of that. If you have very little tissue in the breast, particularly in the upper pole, then you are more likely to be able to feel or see the implant in certain positions. If your nipples lie below the inframammary fold then you might want to consider an uplift to return the nipples to the normal position. However, looking at your pre operative photographs, it doesn't look like you had nipple ptosis, so it may be that changing the position of the implants from below the muscle to above the muscle would be all that you need. As always, it's best to see a surgeon for a face to face consultation to make sure any advice given this way is linked to your face to face examination findings. Hope this helps
Thanks for your question. I can see that you had a mild degree of asymmetry of the breasts before you had surgery, in the pre operative photograph. The differences that people have in their breasts can be considered as being either normal or not. I think your asymmetry pre operatively was within normal limits and so I wouldn't have performed a different operation on each breast. I can see differences between the two breasts after surgery as well, but again I think these differences fall within the normal limits of breast asymmetry
