Hello, I turned 19 in Jan, I'm don't wears bras, I usually wear bralettes. They used to sell 30A at bra stores but now theu don't. (Its like a bra but the cup is much smaller then the smallest size we have now which is 32A) I'm actually very upset that my breast isn't as big as my mom and sister. Are there any ways to make them grow naturally or is there no ways?

Answer: Breast development is usually complete by age 19. Increase volume can only be created surgically. Page 19 your breast development is probably complete. Some women store fat in the breasts with weight gain and this is one time where the breast may get bigger without surgery. Short of this the only way to increase the volume of the breast is by a breast augmentation.
