Can your boobs still grow after you're 19? Or are there way to make them grow?

Hello, I turned 19 in Jan, I'm don't wears bras, I usually wear bralettes. They used to sell 30A at bra stores but now theu don't. (Its like a bra but the cup is much smaller then the smallest size we have now which is 32A) I'm actually very upset that my breast isn't as big as my mom and sister. Are there any ways to make them grow naturally or is there no ways?

Thank you for your question. Sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the size of your breasts. Although breast size can change later in life with pregnancy and with weight gain, at 19 your breast growth is likely complete. While there are advertisements out there for all sorts of pills or creams and other things to increase breast growth, none of them are proven and the majority (if not all of them) just do not work. Your exact issue is what pushes many women to consider breast augmentation surgery. Page 19 your breast development is probably complete. Some women store fat in the breasts with weight gain and this is one time where the breast may get bigger without surgery. Short of this the only way to increase the volume of the breast is by a breast augmentation.

While most women are finished growing by age 18, some might continue to grow into their early 20s. If your breast size hasn't changed in the past two years, you are likely done growing. Unfortunately, there are no natural ways to make your breasts grow. Since the estrogens produced in the female body stimulate breast development, it is not too big of a leap for marketers to sell phyto-estrogen containing herbal supplements and massage creams as natural ways to increase the size of breasts. However, there is no scientific evidence to support these claims. Plant hormones could increase your estrogen levels but just slightly: The main phytoestrogen in soybeans (isoflavone) is only 0.1 percent as strong as human estrogens. You couldn't eat enough estrogen-rich foods - soy, kidney beans, etc. - to do the job. You can't increase breast size at the gym either because there are no muscles in your breasts. No number of chest presses or push-ups will help. For more information on this and

Thank you for your question. By age 19 your breasts have stopped growing. You appear to be a candidate for breast augmentation surgery. Please have an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic breast surgery. Ask to see a lot of before and after photos of their work.
