Can your boobs still grow after you're 19? Or are there way to make them grow?

Although breast size can change later in life with pregnancy and with weight gain, at 19 your breast growth is likely complete. While most women are finished growing by age 18, some might continue to grow into their early 20s. If your breast size hasn't changed in the past two years, you are likely done growing. Since the estrogens produced in the female body stimulate breast development, it is not too big of a leap for marketers to sell phyto-estrogen containing herbal supplements and massage creams as natural ways to increase the size of breasts. However, there is no scientific evidence to support these claims. Plant hormones could increase your estrogen levels but just slightly: The main phytoestrogen in soybeans (isoflavone) is only 0.1 percent as strong as human estrogens. You couldn't eat enough estrogen-rich foods - soy, kidney beans, etc. - to do the job. You can't increase breast size at the gym either because there are no muscles in your breasts. Nope.  There are no ways that i know to grow breast naturally.  If there were, no one would be needing breast augmentation.  In the US, this is the most common cosmetic surgical procedure done.  Sorry to give you the bad news...but you will likely need a plastic surgeon to help you at some point when you are ready.  Good luckDr VasishtSouth Shore Plastic Surgery

Thank you for your question.In general, you have reached an age when your breast development is complete or nearly so.It would be interesting to know if your sister or mother had a burst of late development or increase in size into their 20s.I do not know of any creams, pills, etc. which are effective in increasing breast size.A small number of surgeons offer the Brava system for non-surgical breast enhancement. This is a somewhat intense process which uses a vacuum device to stretch out the breasts and hopefully stimulate new breast tissue development. It has been combined with fat injection in some cases for better results.I think the gains from this system are small although for someone who only wants a small increase in size, it may be an option. Otherwise you are likely to be most satisfied with a breast augmentation. Typically breast volume is at or near final size by age 19. Pregnancy or other hormonal changes can alter breast size, but otherwise, increasing breast volume can only be done surgically. If you decide to see a Plastic Surgeon, ensure you see a surgeon who is certified by the Royal College of Plastic Surgeons, and a member in good standings of the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons. Good luck. 

At your age, most if not all of your breast development is complete.  Of course this can range from earlier to later depending on the individual.  The breast volume will most likely not change but any changes in weight can affect the appearance of the breast.  Gaining weight can make the appearance of the breasts larger just as losing weight can decrease the size and change the appearance.  I am unaware of any natural supplements that will guarantee growth.  Breast augmentation with silicone or saline implants is still the most common procedure safely performed all over the world.  I recommend that if you decide to investigate surgery, visit with a board certified plastic surgeon.

At your age any breast development has already happened and other than gaining weight which can increase the fat in the breasts or getting pregnant which temporarily increases the breast tissue volume, you size has been determined.
