I had a posterior thigh lift four weeks ago and I'm already very pleased with the result. I can't wait to see what it looks like in six months. No matter what, I could not be happier with my choice of surgeon.

I had rolls of loose, saggy skin and fat underneath my glutes, with no defined crease. I looked as though my ass had melted! I wasn't sure what procedure would be best, and I received a very wide range of different answers from the surgeons I consulted, but after my initial consultation with Dr. Demianczuk I was already pretty certain I knew which way I wanted to go. I'm thrilled with my decision. The loose, sagging skin is gone and I actually have a defined bottom.

I would definitely go back to Dr. Demianczuk for any other procedures. He is an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. He answered all my questions and ensured I had realistic expectations, and I felt like he was accurate and honest.

I had a rhinoplasty about 10 years ago but was never fully satisfied with the results, mainly because the base of my nose remained too wide. I recently decided to undergo an alarplasty and a lip lift, as I was also unhappy with the length of my philtrum and the loss of volume in my upper lip. I’m thrilled with the outcome!

For anyone considering these procedures, I recommend trusting your doctor and requesting subtle changes. Remember, it’s your face, and significant alterations can impact your emotional well-being. The healing process is crucial—follow your doctor's instructions closely. Here are a few tips:

- Be prepared for inflammation, and ice the area as directed.
- Sleep with your head elevated.
- Stick to liquids for several days; I personally waited over a week before starting to chew food.
- If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to call your doctor.
- Most importantly, have realistic expectations.
- I experienced small bumps as a reaction to the dissolving stitches.

Everyone will have a different healing journey. Don't panic if your experience is different from someone else's.

Had consult with Dr Demianczuk Oct 26/20-great bedside manner and a wonderful sense of humour! Answered all my questions. I'm having tummy and flanks done in January. I'm petite, 5'4", about 113 pounds, but have always struggled to lose belly fat- had 2 kids (over 24 years ago).Dr D said I'm right on the border with my skin elasticity and could probably benefit more by adding a tummy tuck, but cost and the fact I spent a lot on a facelift in November, (and my age), I'm opting for lipo only. Timewise an excellent procedure, within 30 minutes all was done. After freezing, the surgery was smooth, very gentle, and totally painless. We enjoyed an entertaining conversation. The healing process was enormous. No Tylenol necessary, no nurse, exactly 3 days later the compress came off. I still feel great with lab findings

I am a 58 year old physiotherapist with a chronic SI joint problem with increasing pelvic floor prolapse and a DRA that had progressed to 4” with some herniation. After lots of research I chose Dr. Demianczuk to perform a rectus plication surgery with the goal of improved function. I immediately felt comfortable on the assessment - he presented the scientific medical information that I needed to hear in a very compassionate and understanding way. I never felt that he was in a rush and I could take all the time I needed to get my questions answered. This feeling of competence and caring was shown by all his office staff and also at False Creek. I had dramatic improvement in pelvic floor control immediately post op and could recruit my abdominals correctly. I unfortunately had the post op complication of seromas ( I believe from vomiting from the meds post op). Dr.D. was available by phone that day and very reassuring. He was also completely accommodating to my scheduled for multiple drainings. I then suffered 2 unrelated spinal injuries during the next 6 months which definitely impeded my recovery and one year later I still have some residual swelling and am still working on core and pelvic floor rehab. Despite my setbacks I still believe that is the BEST THING that I have done for myself and only wish I found Dr. D. Sooner. I had the surgery for improved function, but the cosmetic improvement is greatly appreciated. I would suggest anyone that undergoes this surgery get some follow up physiotherapy for optimal results.

squamous cell carcinoma invaded my nose and about 2/3 of nose had to be removed. Dr. D. rebuilt a functioning nose and it has turned out amazingly well. The staff are super friendly and caring and I have told many friends and family that Dr.D. is skillful, expertise and care are exceptional. For having no experience with plastic surgery my entire life , this leading experience has been amazingly beneficial and as enjoyable as could be.

So I’ve always thought of myself as pretty healthy, I eat well and I eat little and would consume most of my calories on the weekend. After I went through a heartbreak last year I kind of fell off the wheel and starting eating more and exercising less. My stomach was never skinny, i always had belly fat even when I was at my “skinniest” I never truly felt like it . I’ve been looking into lipo for a while and have been on this site checking out for its reviews and pictures since November 2017. I decided to go in for a consultation with dr Demianczuk and he was the nicest doctor ever! I knew that if I going to go through with it I would not look into any other doctors. He didn’t pressure me into the surgery and told me everything about the surgery Including pre and post care and recovery. I almost went for a tummy tuck in Jan 2018 but I chickened out and cancelled the appointment. I tried going to the gym and eating healthy since, I did the keto diet but my belly fat didn’t change. So I decided that I was going to go through with the surgery because I wanted this to be my year. I didn’t do the tummy tuck because I didn’t want the big noticeable scar and I read a lot of reviews that liposuction would give me the results I seek and the recovery time is much less (as I didn’t want to miss 3 weeks worth of work). So I went through with it and did it today! (May 4th, I booked in advance obviously). The process was great, all the nurses I talked to were the nicest people, the doctors were super friendly, I just had the absolute best experience. They did my stomach, hips and back and took out a gallon of fat. They told me I’m going to love my results but I have to wait and see in 8 weeks (I can’t wait to see it) I can already feel my stomach being smaller and I can tell the shape of it in the compression garment. I’m surprisingly in little to no pain, I only feel a slight pitch when I move around (guess I have a high tolerance) I am about 6 hours post op and I feel pretty great. Hopefully the pain doesn’t come tomorrow. These photos are pre surgery and I’ll post some post-op ones later

So today is Day 8 since I got the liposuction to stomach and back and I feel great. I’m still pretty swollen and the stomach still had numb area but I slowly feel the feeling coming back. I was able to walk around the day after surgery and since I work at a desk job I never took any additional days off. The first 2 days I was pretty stiff because That’s when the swelling and bruising was all taking place but as the week went on I’ve been able to move my body more freely. I still don’t feel comfortable bending over or touching my toes but I should get there soon. I see a huge difference in my body and it’s only a week in and the Dr said I’m still very very swollen so I can’t wait to see what I look like by the end of it! :)
