i have done 3 months ago rhinoplasty sinus surgery ,fixed deviated septum ,cleaned out sinuses and enlarged turbinates reduction recently yellow mucous started coming out from nose and post nasal drip is it normal or need to be worried thank you

There is nothing to be done at this moment unless there is a concern that you have an infection and related swelling. If you are not currently having a fever or increasing redness, tenderness or drainage then I would simply wait for your routinely scheduled follow up with your surgeon....
