What is wrong with my nasal bone? (Photo)

It looks like you need to have you nasal bones narrowed a bit. More views would be helpful. Best of luck.

A closed rhinoplasty approach can narrow the wide nasal bones and wide nasal tip. To narrow wide nasal bones requires osteotomies placed in them and manually narrowing them. The wide tip can be addressed with a combination of suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages, and sometimes a conservative cartilage removal as well. It is difficult to determine the issues with your nose based on your photos.  Ideally, nasal photos need a frontal, oblique, and side view. That being said, it looks like you have a narrow face and nose that may be overly projecting.  This coupled with mild loss of volume in the upper cheeks and thick nasal skin, results in the prominent appearance of your nose.  A conservative reduction of the nasal tip and bridge may address your concerns.  As always, it is important to personally consult with a board-certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty.
