I have uneven nostrils, and my nose is off centre after rhinoplasty. Should I be worried? (Photo)

It is not uncommon for swelling alone to add to asymmetries and perceived deviations, especially in the early postoperative period.  Your swelling in the tip and columella area big contributing factor for your nostril/base asymmetry right now, and that will be going down a lot in the coming weeks and months.  There is some deviation of your nose that is present too, and I am not sure about this.  Not sure of your prep photos and how much deviation needed to be corrected.  I would definitely contact your surgeon to get their opinion.  This may be normal based on the maneuvers he/she performed, may be amenable to nasal exercises, or may just need time.  Please don't judge the outcome of your surgery, though on your results this soon after surgery.  There are many changes to come!

There is nothing to be done at this moment unless there is a concern that you have an infection and related swelling.  If you are not currently having a fever or increasing redness, tenderness or drainage then I would simply wait for your routinely scheduled follow up with your surgeon. There might be an explanation for the asymmetry and things might improve over time.

It is important to be patient at this point, as there is considerable swelling present.  If nasal tip work was performed, it may take 9 months before you see your final result.  It is also important to avoid any trauma to the nose in the immediate post operative period.
