Will my tip need to be de-rotated to decrease nostrils show or are there other methods ?

At one month, the tip has swelling and will appear over rotated. For the next 1-2 years it falls down. Your profile does not appear over-rotated in any case.

At one month there is still swelling and firmness in the nose, especially the tip. The tip will drop and rotate down more. You need to be patient for a few months before you judge it. It's always good to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

  This is a great question. Part of all Rhinoplasty consultation should be a thorough understanding of "cause and effect" of altering the anatomy and as such the shape of the nose.  Nostril show increases when the tip is rotated upward and vice versa.  You are very fresh "post-op" but the cause and effect is as I have mentioned.  If this is something that you don't like, once the nose is fully healed, a columellar tuck procedure can lessen the effect.  Hope this helps.
