it’s droopy and I don’t like the way it looks when I smile from the side profile, I wanted to try non surgical since it’s a lot inexpensive than an actual nose job but I want actual results. My nose also isn’t really centered if that makes sense, the first picture shows how it leans towards one side when I lay down. It does hurt sometimes. I want it to look as natural as possible and not to mention the fact that it’s reddish in the corner and I dislike its appearance

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. You are a better candidate for a surgical rhinoplasty. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip slightly and a dorsal hump reduction. Spreader grafts can help improve the symmetry of your nose. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Formal rhinoplasty Based on these photos it doesn't look like you will have any benefit from non-surgical procedure regardless how inexpensive it may be. You have such a degree of "nose deformity" that can only be corrected with well planed surgery. It is better to save and do right procedure once you can afford it than do something that will not work at all. Good luck.
