I need help fixing my nose and I’m not sure if non surgical or surgical would work best. Opinion?

it’s droopy and I don’t like the way it looks when I smile from the side profile, I wanted to try non surgical since it’s a lot inexpensive than an actual nose job but I want actual results. My nose also isn’t really centered if that makes sense, the first picture shows how it leans towards one side when I lay down. It does hurt sometimes. I want it to look as natural as possible and not to mention the fact that it’s reddish in the corner and I dislike its appearance

Dear Maddy133,In my opinion, I think you would be much happier with a surgical rhinoplasty.  You will be able to straighten your nose, lift the tip, and make it look small and more refined.  A non surgical rhinoplasty involves using fillers to hide your tiny bump and lift the tip a little.  You can also use it to make your nose look more straight, but it will widen the nose just a little bit.  When you are ready, please see a rhinoplasty specialist who does both types of procedures so you can see the pros and cons of each.  Then you can make an educated decision and what would look best for your face.Best regards,Dr. Nima

Hello and thank you for your question. You are a better candidate for a surgical rhinoplasty.  Based on your
photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn
up your tip slightly and a dorsal hump reduction.  Spreader grafts can help improve the symmetry of your nose.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on these photos it doesn't look like you will have any benefit from non-surgical procedure regardless how inexpensive it may be. You have such a degree of "nose deformity" that can only be corrected with well planed surgery. It is better to save and do right procedure once you can afford it than do something that will not work at all. Good luck.

Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and shape. You can bring the pictures that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed.  It takes special interest and study to understand the facial aesthetics to create a nose that is harmonious with your other features. Take the time to find the right facial plastic surgeon and ask them to create digital images of the nose they propose for you and discuss the cost.

Thank you for your photo. A non surgical rhinoplasty performed with filler will help blend the angles of your nose to make the lines appear more smooth and proportional.  This can be performed with a hyaluronic acid filler such as VOLUMA which can also be reversed with a hyaluronidase injection in case you do not like the look. A surgical rhinoplasty can be performed to help straighten your lines. Surgical rhinoplasty is permanent but with a little more downtime. For the best treatment options, it is important to visit an expert for an in-person examination.

Every nose is different and unique to that individual. If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed rhinoplasty. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an in person examination (not just an online consultation) and discussion about desired outcome. Excellent results can be achieved with either a closed or open technique. A "non-surgical nose job" will not improve the areas that concern you and will make your nose appear larger. 
 Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do and how technically to do it based on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish straightening the nose, refining the nasal tip, and lifting the tip as well statically and dynamically. No  external incisions are required. Hi,Non-surgical rhinoplasty works best and most effectively for patients with small humps on the bridge of their nose or for patients with thin skin with a slightly droopy nasal tip. In looking at your photos, you may benefit slightly from a non-surgical rhinoplasty, but I would consider surgery over non-surgical augmentation. A rhinoplasty (nose job) will straighten the nose, rotate and add definition and refinement to the tip.
