it’s droopy and I don’t like the way it looks when I smile from the side profile, I wanted to try non surgical since it’s a lot inexpensive than an actual nose job but I want actual results. My nose also isn’t really centered if that makes sense, the first picture shows how it leans towards one side when I lay down. It does hurt sometimes. I want it to look as natural as possible and not to mention the fact that it’s reddish in the corner and I dislike its appearance

If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed rhinoplasty. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an in person examination (not just an online consultation) and discussion about desired outcome. You have such a degree of "nose deformity" that can only be corrected with well planed surgery. It is better to save and do right procedure once you can afford it than do something that will not work at all. Good luck.
