I woke up this morning with a dry and congested feeling in my nose, I figured I'd gently try to remove the mucus when it is hard as I use certain products my doctor recommended to keep it moist inside my nose and it is impossible to get rid of them using irrigation; they just won't come out that way. I got out a few pieces without any pain or discomfort along with some hair. I do have dissolvable stitches from what doctor told me and I don't think I got anything out that looked like one.

This is likely a combination of ongoing swelling and cartilage memory. Your nose may not end up perfectly straight, but hopefully it is an improvement from before surgery. And hopefully you breathe better.
Please go visit your surgeon and ask them for their recommendations and instructions. Every surgeon has their own protocol after rhinoplasty and you should continue to follow the advice and game plan of the surgeon you trusted your face to. At 3 weeks I personally do not have any...
