5 months post septorhinoplasty, accidentally inhaled a bit of canola oil which was diluted with water through the nostrils. Could this negively affect the healing nostrils? Have saline rinsed nose since then.

First of all why do you want to look like Scarlett Johansson.  I think you’re much prettier.  Also, you don’t show any side views which would be helpful in determining  whether you are a good candidate for surgery.

It would not be advised to have cosmetic facial surgery 1 week after rhinoplasty.
