I am 21 years old, I have had these "hollow" temples for as long as I can remember and I am interested in having this procedure done in the safest way with the best results. Also what is the price range of having this done?
Answer: Hollow temples For the hollow temples I would recommend an injectable. For the longest results you could use Sculptra. However, the drawback is that you it will take 4-6 months to grow so it will take some time for you to see the results. If you want immediate gratification, you can use Voluma, Radiesse, or Restylane Lyft. Voluma has the longest duration but it is the most expensive. Radiesse may be the most efficient if you have more volume loss. Restylane Lyft may be the best choice if you have mild hollowness considering the price is a little bit less but it will not last as long as Voluma. As you can see, there are a number of considerations based upon your finances and how long you want your injectables to last.

Answer: Dermal Filler Hi @abeltres308! Dermal fillers like Restylane Lyft and Juvederm Voluma are great options to treat hollow temples. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications.

Answer: Hollow temples? Thank you for this question. There are several options for treatment of the hollow temple area. For patient wanting immediate results that last about 1 year I prefer Restylane Lyft. I also like Juvederm Voluma in this area. Another option would Sculptra, but sculptra may take a little while to show correction until the collagen has been deposited. Best wishes, Dr. Aldo

Answer: Sculptra With age, many of my patients may begin to notice a loss of volume in the mid-face, temples, and cheeks. However, some patients, like yourself, may have genetically hollow temples that can be noted at a much younger age. We use Sculptra in our practice to restore volume to the temples and cheeks. Sculptra requires a series of treatments (3-4 vials) which are to be spaced out every 6 or so weeks. Results can last up to 2 years after the 3rd or 4th vial is completed. Some of my patients return just once a year for a maintenance dose (1 vial) to keep the results that they've gotten from the first series. The most common risks of Sculptra (or any filler for that matter) include but are not limited to bruising, swelling, and redness.

Answer: Treatment for hollow temples Hi and thanks for your question. I frequently use fat for that area if doing a general fat transfer to the face. If not I like the use of Voluma injected with a blunt tipped canula. This easily bridges the hollow and gives you the fullness behind the eye socket. Thanks again. Hope this helps Dr. ODell
