Hi @Ianadelrey. I would suggest you consider hyaluronic acid dermal fillers like Restylane Defyne for your nasolabial folds/laugh lines. Always seek treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting, and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I suggest seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer
If your NLFs seem too strong and pronounced think about filler injections in the cheeks (malar eminence). In most cases injecting a stronger HA like Restylane Lyft or Voluma can give you just the result you want. More often, it's a combination of various injections and layering a softer HA like Juvederm Ultra or Restyle Defyne in the NLF area after injecting the malar eminence. Good luck!
A filler such as Juvederm UltraPlus could be used to soften the nasolabial folds. Men, like women, lose volume in midface, and this lost volume can be replaced using a filler such as Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Radiesse, or Sculptra. In your case, I would probably start with filler injection directly into the nasolabial folds.
Hello and thank you for the helpful pictures. Deep nasolabial lines are caused by loss of volume in the mid-cheek region. When using filler in the face, the cheeks should always be corrected first and then the nasolabial or marionette lines (you do not have these). In the male face, cheek correction is made in the mid-cheek area almost exclusively and not extended laterally as this feminizes the face. After re-establishing the mid-cheek, then additional filler could be placed in the nasolabial fold to soften that area. Best wishes! Shelby Bentz MD
The depression next to the vein shown is commonly seen. The treatment is volumization. This can be done with dermal fillers or your own fat. I would recommend using your own fat in a very thin layer and repeating it in 6 months. This should provide you a lasting result.
Dear skinguru46:Please do not even consider having us. Silicone for me fillers have had serious complications associated with them, including granulomas requiring surgical removal of material for partial improvement at . Oxygen in a filler has absolutely no benefit whatsoever. All the best, Dr...
I have never heard of that fillers but there are other fillers that do a great job. Sometimes cheaper is not better option, especially when it comes to your skin. I believe that you would require combination of treatments to treat acne scars, saggy cheeks, and dark circles. I would advise you ...
Please do not freak out. This is not from a filler. You likely had burst blood vessel from stress or change in blood pressure. Filler injections do not cause burst blood vessels in the eyes. You will not be blind. If you are experiencing vision changes or still...

Thank you for your photographs as they are very helpful. The goal is to treat the cause of the lines developing rather than the lines them selves. The lines are becoming more pronounced around the mouth as your mid face/cheek area is loosing a little bit of support in terms of volume and...
