I had libiaplasty 5 weeks ago I had sex with my husband and I was painful and I bleed a little bit I worried if I miss up everything this I need an advice

It is recommended to wait at least four weeks before having sex after labiaplasty. This is because your incision sites will need to fully heal prior to penetration. Nothing should enter the vagina, including tampons, for minimum of four weeks after surgery.

Since you had pain and a little bleeding, it's best if you give it another 3-4 weeks before attempting again and see your surgeon for clearance. And, use a lot of lubricant, too. good luck. Everything should be fine.

If it was painful and you bled a bit, it was probably too early to have sex. Generally speaking, you should wait about 6 weeks or so after surgery before resuming sexual activities. It would probably be a good idea to see your surgeon so that they can make sure everything is okay.

The human body maximizes scar deposition at approximately 42 days (6 weeks). While you may have damaged the repair in some way it would hopefully, and likely, be minimal. Certainly a sign of bleeding and pain requires an exam. You did not mentioned when you have sex but the further into the 6 weeks the less damage potential. Good luck.

Typically the skin is well healed by 5-6 weeks post op. We recommend 6 weeks of vaginal rest but may clear patients a little sooner based on their post op exam. The picture is a little out of focus so it is difficult to distinguish what is being shown. If the posterior fourchette is tight, this can pull or tear. See your surgeon, there should be an easy fix for you but will require an exam to determine the proper treatment.

Labiaplasty scars take six weeks to heal sufficiently to withstand sex without breaking. Five weeks isn't six weeks and five weeks isn't good enough. It's a biological process and it can't be negotiated. See your surgeon to assess the damage. Some take longer than six weeks.

Every surgeon will have their own protocols and in my practice, the recommendation is to wait 6 weeks with some other more gentle activities allowed sooner if asked.  So ASK your surgeon for what you can do because if you have a problem from sex that was authorized by your surgeon, your surgeon is kinda on the hook for helping you through that.
