Healing from rhinoplasty is different for everybody. Frequently it depends on how much work is done, and where. Firstly, your sense of smell shouldn't be altered in any significant way. You may be congested, and your nasal passages may become blocked by crusting or mucous. Your surgeon can advise you best on how to manage these things. They are DEFINITELY manageable, though!Nostril flaring should return following rhinoplasty surgery, I would say in days to weeks. You will have swelling which can mask your ability to flare your nostrils. Depending on how the healing process goes, you may not be able to flare your nostrils EXACTLY as you did before surgery, but it's not generally something people notice or complain about. For sensitivity, it all depends on how the surgery is done. Open approaches where incisions are made across the base of the nose WILL cause some loss of sensation in the nasal tip. This tends to return over weeks to months.I hope this helps!
I certainly see what you mean in your photos. What can be done depends on some of the other features of your nose, which are not shown in the one photo. Asymmetry is one of the more difficult challenges in rhinoplasty. It may not be worth trying to correct in your case, but...
Your nose looks beautiful. Since you have thick skin, your definition is not that obvious, but still not a bad result.
Yes pressure can have an effect but in your case it will be reversible in my opinion. Your skin is good quality as you are young and your nose has thick skin in any case. You cannot alter the shape of the supporting cartilages of the nose with massage, so no harm done.
